Nastaran Baratalipour
Founder & Creative Director, Norex Studio
I’m Nastaran, a product designer and the founder of Norex Studio. The path that brought me here began with small, everyday things: sketches in the margins of notebooks, colours that stayed in my mind, and rearranging a page until it finally felt right. I kept coming back to those details, curious about why they could change the way something felt.
As I learned more and began working on projects, that curiosity grew beyond the visual details. I started thinking about the person on the other side of the screen: what they were trying to do, where they might hesitate, and what would help them move forward. Understanding those moments became one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
Norex Studio grew out of that journey. I wanted to bring my love of visual design and my interest in how people experience things into a practice of my own, working closely with the people behind each business.
Today, those relationships are where my work begins. I get to hear how an idea started, what it means to the person building it, and where they hope to take it. From there, we explore possibilities and work through the details together. Whether the outcome is a brand identity, a website, or a digital product, I want it to carry something of the people behind it and feel thoughtfully made for the people who will use it.
